Yingkou CNAUTO Discuss Central Asia Auto
On July 14th, a delegation from Yingkou City, led by Wang Yang, Deputy Director of the Yingkou Municipal Social Investment Promotion Center, and Liu Guangping, President of the Automotive Repair Equipment Industry Association, visited CNAUTO, a subsidiary of Guolian Group. Yang Xiaoping, General Manager of CNAUTO's Xinjiang Horgos branch, received the delegation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on cross-border trade in automotive repair and parts, market layout in Central Asia, and industrial synergy.

The Yingkou delegation first visited CNAUTO's digital exhibition hall, gaining a direct understanding of the company's B2B industrial internet full-chain service system. This system covers a complete business layout including domestic circulation of bulk industrial products, overseas cross-border trade, overseas localization operations, and industrial financing support, laying a foundation for future industrial cooperation.

Yingkou is located at the intersection of the Bohai Rim and Northeast Asian economic circles. It is a core seaport in the hinterland of Northeast China and the starting point of the eastern route of the "Liaoning-Manchuria-Europe" Eurasian Land Bridge. Leveraging its century-old port advantages, Yingkou has formed a complete export-oriented industrial system. The local area has cultivated a distinctive and advantageous manufacturing industry, represented by automotive maintenance equipment, deeply integrating with the "Belt and Road" China-Mongolia-Russia Economic and Trade Corridor, continuously expanding export channels to markets in Central Asia and Russia, and actively leveraging digital cross-border platforms to broaden foreign trade growth.
At the symposium, Wang Yang, a representative of Yingkou's municipal and enterprise sectors, delivered a speech, highlighting the development foundation of Yingkou's equipment manufacturing industry and the advantages of its cross-border e-commerce platform construction and operation. He clearly stated that he would fully support the implementation of this cooperation, coordinate and promote the connection and coordination of all parties, and provide thorough and meticulous supporting services.
Chairman Liu Guangping systematically introduced the core advantages of Yingkou's automotive maintenance industry. He stated that Yingkou is known as the "cradle of China's automotive maintenance industry," boasting the largest and highest market share automotive maintenance and parts industrial cluster in China, covering over 500 product categories. In 2025, the total output value of the local automotive maintenance industry exceeded 10 billion RMB, with annual export earnings exceeding 200 million USD. The automotive maintenance testing and repair equipment possesses a strong industrial foundation and overseas competitiveness, urgently requiring a professional cross-border platform to expand into the incremental market in Central Asia.

Yang Xiaoping delivered a speech, detailing the current operational status of the Kazakhstan national headquarters, analyzing the overall environment of the Almaty automotive aftermarket, the local business team configuration, and the demand and development opportunities in the Central Asian automotive parts market. He shared Guolian Group's mature practices in leveraging border ports to establish overseas distribution channels, providing a practical reference for Yingkou automotive maintenance companies expanding into Central Asia.
Cai Nan, General Manager of CNAUTO Automotive Trading Center, comprehensively explained CNAUTO's core business, focusing on analyzing the cross-border export business model for used cars.
This government-enterprise matchmaking event established a cooperation channel between Yingkou manufacturing and digital cross-border platforms. Going forward, combining Yingkou's automotive maintenance production capacity, Guolian Group's local operations in Central Asia, and B2B resources, the event will delve deeper into the Central Asian automotive aftermarket, promoting the stable export of automotive maintenance equipment and used cars, and assisting manufacturing enterprises in cross-border upgrading.
