The country has taken action! New energy vehicle charging will be fully upgraded
The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration recently issued the "15th Five Year Plan" for the construction of a new power system, proposing that by 2030, the total amount of charging infrastructure will exceed 40 million, with about 300000 high-power charging facilities, forming a charging service capacity to support more than 110 million electric vehicles. In the next 5 years, there will be these changes in electric vehicle charging——
Charging infrastructure network
Accelerate the construction of a charging infrastructure network with urban surface, highway linear, and rural point layout.
Highway Charging
Promote the upgrading and transformation of charging facilities in highway service areas, and create an intercity network that effectively meets the needs of medium and long-distance travel.
Charging in rural (county and township) areas
Realize full coverage of public charging facilities in rural (county and township) areas except for islands and high-altitude areas.
Fast charging, high-power charging
Increase the proportion of fast charging facilities and orderly promote the construction of high-power charging infrastructure.
Heavy-duty truck charging
Based on the layout of major national freight channels, high-power heavy-duty truck charging facilities will be constructed along the route.
Charging service guarantee
Improve the level of charging station installation and connection services in residential areas, and promote the implementation of a pilot program for "unified construction and service" of charging facilities in residential areas.
Continuously optimize the environment of charging stations, improve information labeling such as charging fees, enhance the level of facility operation and maintenance, and effectively optimize the charging experience for the public.
